The Ethiopian Bay Area Muslims Association (EBAMA) is a member organization founded in the year 2001 and based in San Jose, California. EBAMA is dedicated to fostering religious awareness, providing support to the Ethiopian Diaspora Muslim community in the Bay Area, and creating a strong sense of unity and togetherness.

Currently living in Fremont, Ca. and at present humbly serving as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Ebama and have been a member of Ebama since its inception .
Married to Aziza Hassan for 35 years and a proud father of two children.
An engineer by training from San Jose State University School of Engineering and have worked for various companies in Silicon Valley for over 30 years .
